What we collect

Information you give us (name, business, phone, email, city), optional email and URLs you submit to the free Local Score tool, and basic website usage data. For clients, we process caller phone numbers and messages to provide text-back and review requests.

How we use it

To respond to your audit request or Local Score lead, provide our services, send service messages, and improve our website. We do not sell your information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Service providers

We use providers to run the service, such as hosting (Cloudflare) and texting (a carrier-registered SMS provider), under their privacy terms.
