Can you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?
No, and nobody honest can. Google decides rankings. We guarantee the work: an accurate, complete Google Business Profile with the right category, services and hours; a fast website with a page for each main service; and steady review requests. These are the things Google and leading local-search research point to.
What is the free Local Score?
A quick 0-100 estimate based on public signals we can see on your website (HTTPS, mobile setup, phone, contact path, local cues, and similar). It is not a Google ranking, map-pack prediction, or guarantee of calls. For a deeper written review, use the Local Presence Audit.
What's in the Local Presence Audit?
A review of your Google Business Profile, reviews, mobile website, name/phone consistency across major listings, three nearby competitors, and what callers experience when you miss a call, plus a prioritized fix list. It's $249 one-time, delivered in 48–72 business hours, and we don't need your logins. It does not guarantee rankings; nobody can. If you start Core within 30 days, $99 of the $249 Audit fee is credited toward your Core plan.
What is the Review Response + GBP Posts retainer?
A month-to-month add-on that keeps your Google Business Profile active: drafted review replies, regular Google Posts, photo prompts when you need them, and a short monthly report. Starts at $99/mo (Lite ~20 replies + 4 posts; Standard $149/mo; Plus $199/mo). Works with Core/Pro or standalone. What is Citation / NAP cleanup?
A one-time cleanup of how your Name, Address, and Phone appear on the directories that matter (Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, BBB, Facebook, Angi, and similar). Quality over spam — we don't blast thousands of junk listings. Standard is $299 one-time; Plus is $499 with a deeper pass and 30-day recheck. Optional monitoring is available. What is the Trade Content retainer?
Done-for-you monthly posts for trade shops: 4–8 short pieces for Google Business Profile and/or your website, fact-checked against your intake sheet — people-first writing, not a raw AI dump. Who owns my website and domain?
On Core and Pro, Web and Calls owns, hosts and manages your website and domain, so there's nothing for you to set up, renew or secure. If you want to own them outright, choose Own-Your-Site (Core $129/mo or Pro $189/mo, plus $499 setup), or buy out your managed site later: $799 in year 1, $499 after 12 months, $299 after 24 months. On Lite you keep your own existing website.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You do, always. You stay the owner and add us as a Manager, which follows Google's guidelines. Your reviews, photos and phone number stay yours, even if you cancel.
Is there a contract?
Yes. It's a short, plain-English agreement with a 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. After the minimum, cancel any time with 30 days' written notice (email or text is fine). You can cancel free within 3 business days of signing. Leaving early costs 50% of the remaining minimum months, capped at $300. We never auto-renew you into a new fixed term.
How do edits work?
Text or email what you want changed: hours, prices, photos, specials. Small edits (about 30 minutes) are unlimited on Core and Pro and done within 2 business days, one at a time. New pages and redesigns are quoted first.
How does missed-call text-back work?
When you can't answer, the caller gets a friendly text from your business number within seconds, so they can tell you what they need instead of calling someone else. Replies come to your phone.
Is the texting legal?
Yes. We register your number with the phone carriers (A2P 10DLC), which takes 1-3 weeks. We only text people who contacted you, every text explains how to opt out, and we honor STOP right away.
How fast can I be live?
Your website and Google Business Profile updates usually go live within 7 days after we receive your content. Missed-call text-back starts as soon as carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is approved, which is usually 1–3 weeks.
Do you write fake reviews or buy reviews?
Never. We send review requests to every customer, not just happy ones, as Google requires. We never write, buy or filter reviews.
